grubfast

It's nearly impossible to recognize hunger unless you let yourself experience it. So, going without a meal ot two occasionally, can actually be good for you. In fact, the word 'breakfast' taken literally, is just that...
and eating after a FAST, should quell a true feeling of hunger, complete with audible growling and some recognizable mood changes. Most hungry folks get grouchy and a become a bit hypoglycemic. Recognize hunger, and try not to confuse it with being tired or bored.
Boredom is not hunger; be careful that you don't confuse the two! Now go outside and find something to do~
