Huckjen: Well, I've been many things...but, along the way I have acquired years of experience as a Personal Trainer and have volunteered as a firefighter EMT for my community. I have gotten to know the human body and experimented with many diet and exercise programs and products. The point is: Along the way, I have discovered that almost every one of them works. We just have to find the balance between all the options we have where both nutrition and activity are concerned . I dedicate "grubclub" to my soon to be daughter-in-law..as this blog may help me with my own lifestyle choices, as well as paying it forward to my followers...should there be any.
