Grubmix

Eating a balance of good foods is critical to good health!
Having said that, how you MIX it up is up to you. Some folks like to eat traditional breakfast foods at what used to be considered dinnertime. Now, with a greater portion of today's workforce working odd hours, third-shift, split-shift, etc,..well, you get my point. Times have changed! I mean that literally; our lifestyles and schedules dictate our eating patterns almost as much as the choices we make. Remember to MIX it up. Keep a balance between what and when you eat and the amount of activity and rest you allow yourself. Leave the table 'one bite hungry'...Granny Lil♥
